Toot My Own Horn

A litTle more detail ...

I’d like to go into a bit of more detail of how I can “Bild” your Real Estate Business … “toot” my own horn, if I may.

I am more than an ordinary Assistant – onsite or virtual. I am a professional – just like you. I’m licensed in Real Estate in the State of Iowa (since 1997) and not only have years of real estate (residential, commercial AND property management) experience, but years of office/ business experience as well.

I’m also a proud member of the National, Iowa and Iowa City Associations of REALTORS® and have been since 1997. I’m continually taking CE classes to maintain my real estate license.

I LOVE technology and am excited how it helps build businesses, and I’m a GREAT sounding board. And best of all – I will stick around. I will not suck up all your wisdom and experience to start off on my own real estate business. I’ve had my office and I like helping agents grow to be the best in their areas.

With all these tools and experience in my toolbox, I’m able to provide a well-rounded and effective strategy to manage your real estate business.
