Are You Forgetting Clients?

You know the ones - the clients who aren't shouting for your attention.

And that quiet group might be your easiest wins!!

Bild a Better Business - Forgotten clients

You could be leaving money on the table or letting someone else capture your prospects who “aren’t ready” yet, if you’re not reaching out to them consistently.

I remember what it’s like in the trenches of the “real estate” world; when you’re juggling active buyers, urgent listings, contracts, inspections, putting out fires (and you know, a life), it’s easy to focus on whoever’s making the loudest noise.

But what about the ones who aren’t?

  • Not the “now” clients who keep you hopping.
  • Not the past clients who get your newsletters or the new leads you’re chasing online.

I’m talking about the quiet middle group. Your “almost ready” clients.

These are the people who told you they might be ready in a few months… or early next year… or sometime “after the kids graduate” or “once they know about that job transfer.” They appear to be “tire kickers”, but they’re not.

They’re not ignoring you. But they’re not demanding your attention either. And because they’re not the squeaky wheel, they often don’t get the oil.

Here’s the problem:

Most of those “later” clients end up acting sooner than they say. Like, 25–35% sooner.

Which means if you’re not showing up regularly and naturally in their world, someone else is.

And that someone else might be the one they call when their plans suddenly move up.

It’s not that you don’t care. It’s that you’re maxed out, and chasing the other people who feel urgent.

That’s where a stay-in-touch system comes in. Something that helps you stay visible without adding 10 more “should do’s” to your day.

I deliver Done-4-U content specifically for this quiet group; automated gentle reminders, quick check-ins, and personal-feeling messages that keep you top of mind even when you’re not actively following up.

✨ Want to quietly convert more “almosts” into “let’s do this”?

Let’s chat for 30 minutes. I’ll help you spot the gaps and show you how to fill them with minimal effort.

Because your next client might be the one who isn’t making a peep… yet.

Remember your first business card?

I recently found one of my first real estate business cards from way back in 2000 (old name and everything!), metallic ink, a confident font, and a headshot I had opinions about.

I thought my little 2×3 inch card would say everything.
But real connection? Real recognition? That comes from consistency, warmth, and showing up as you.

Would You Hire You?

It’s funny how so many life lessons can be connected to the world of real estate. Who knew a dead car battery in my Subaru Outback could spark such a clear reminder of how customers want to be treated before they even meet you?

Let me take you along for the ride, assuming my car decides to cooperate this time.

For the last few days, my car wouldn’t start – a dead battery. I knew the battery was nearing the end of its life; no big deal, I thought. I ran to Costco, purchased a new battery, and popped it in; voilà. It STARTED!

The next morning, I went out to start my car, and — UGH! DEAD again! (EWWW- Foot Stomp!!) It didn’t emit a glimmer, a beep, or a buzz.
