Seize Your Moment Now! Transforming 2nd Quarter Opportunities into Year-End Success

The 2nd Quarter has started, is it too late to Generate Leads to make this year better than previous years? Breath! There’s still time!

So where do you start, and why shouldn’t you do it by yourself?

What you can do to get leads and referrals:

  • Reach out to past clients, friends, and family, asking them to join your email list if you don’t have them connected yet.
  • Ask them for referrals.
  • Get involved locally in organizations, schools, events, charity organizations, and festivals.

    Be VISIBLE!

  • Volunteer for charity organizations.
  • Take selfie videos of your farm area and local attractions and sites.
  • Collect contact addresses and emails at these events.
  • Collaborate with local lenders, pest control, and insurance offices, and host workshops or seminars.
  • Write articles for local publications.
  • Visit local vendors and restaurants to interview the owners and take selfies or videos of your interviews.
  • Sponsor school or youth teams or events.
  • Provide food and/or water at these events.
  • Host an end-of-year teacher appreciation lunch
  • Volunteer as a mock job interviewer to help students prep for future careers
  • Participate in school beautification and clean-up days
  • Attend school plays, talent shows and other events
  • Sponsor academic awards and scholarships for graduating seniors
  • Donate books or other needed supplies identified by teachers
  • Judge science fairs, robotics competitions, or other academic contests
  • Pop by gifts

One Step to Make it Easier to Do:

Ask for Help!!! And here’s how I can make it easier:

  • Create a marketing calendar for the rest of the year.
  • Provide content for your website, blogs, and newsletters so it’s ready to send out consistently when you want it sent.
  • Ensure your agent brand is consistent throughout your real estate sites and social media.
  • (Pssst – This may not be exactly what a copywriter does, but I see the importance of having a functional CRM to send emails and newsletters. I have worked with many CRMs, and I will get you organized and ready to send out your emails.)
  • Once you get your interviews or raw footage of selfies/videos, I can draft articles and videos to share on your blog or social media.
  • I will also create articles on what you’re doing in the community and highlight upcoming events to advertise you and the event.
  • Write articles for local publications with your perspective on the real estate market and why you should be the “go-to” agent.
  • Organize and create content for your workshops and seminars, including flyers, posters, and handouts.
  • Set up analytics to gauge your progress.
