Do You Want a Hot Fudge Sundae?

I had a brainstorming session with one of my clients regarding the marketing provided by her Brokerage through office fees. While it was cost-effective, it lacked uniqueness. I get it! The company focuses on promoting THEIR brand, enhancing THEIR search engine optimization, and generating leads for THEMSELVES – they want THEIR brand to dominate.

The agent’s brand often takes a backseat. While the company’s marketing might be elaborate, like a hot fudge sundae with all the toppings, leaving the agent with a plain scoop of vanilla in a sugar cone.

Sure, it’s enjoyable, but who wouldn’t choose a hot fudge sundae?

So, we designed a unique brand and strategy that incorporates the company’s branding, meeting the requirements of the REALTORS® Association while also highlighting the agent’s unique qualities, like adding whipped cream and a cherry on top.

This approach would make them stand out and demonstrate how they differ from the competition; THEY are the agents to choose. While other agents are like vanilla cones, they are the indulgent hot fudge sundaes with all the toppings.

With summer approaching, now is the perfect time!
