Acceptance of Terms

• By subscribing to our newsletter service, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from subscribing.

Description of Service

• Our newsletter subscription provides subscribers with monthly newsletters to be sent to their database.
• Subscribers must provide their own CRM, postal mailing services, paper, envelopes, postage, mailing lists, and/or any other expenditures other than the content provided by Bild a Better Business.
  • • Bild a Better Business may provide outside resources for the above services requested by the subscribers.

NOTE: Bild a Better Business offers a wide range of services in addition to monthly newsletters. Additional services will be invoiced separately. Contact Sandy Bild for more details.

Subscription Terms

Paid Subscriptions

• Paid subscriptions require a minimum commitment of six months. Early termination is Subject to an early cancellation fee or payment of the remaining subscription balance.
• Billing occurs on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

Auto-Renewal

• After the initial 6-month subscription, subscriptions automatically renew annually unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Renewal terms and rates will be communicated to you in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Paid Subscriptions

• You may cancel your subscription anytime, but early cancellations during the commitment period are subject to penalties and/or the remaining balance of the subscription.
• To cancel, log in to your account or contact [email protected].

Subscriptions to Bild a Better Free Email:

• Subscribers to receive free emails from Bild a Better may cancel anytime by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email footer.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued for overcharges or billing errors.

Changes to the Service

• We reserve the right to modify our newsletter service’s content, features, or pricing.
• Subscribers will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.

Privacy Policy

• Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Subscriber Responsibilities

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Do not share content from your newsletters with other agents or companies. Any content provided by Bild a Better Business is for your business only, and Bild a Better Business prohibits you from sharing, reselling, or distributing this content without permission.
• Maintain consistent communication with Bild a Better Business. Failure to maintain steady contact with Bild a Better Business or provide consistent task requests within fourteen days will result in suspension and possible termination of the contract and future services.At the time of suspension or termination, any and all outstanding payments, fees, and penalties must be immediately paid to Bild a Better Business or risk consequence. 
• Any artwork or articles provided to Bild a Better Business must be owned by agent or the agent must own copyright of content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Although the content provided is accurate to the best of Bild a Better Business’ knowledge, they do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information and are provided without warranties.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our newsletter service.

Governing Law

The laws of Iowa govern these terms without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
