Pay periods are discussed and once work starts, detailed invoices with time and rates are emailed within 3 days after the end of each period.

We learned through the pandemic, that people who worked from home would be no different than when they were sitting at an office desk.
Now, we can have a meeting through Zoom or any other program you feel comfortable using. I have never had a problem communicating online.
Plus, using online storage sites like Dropbox, files can be kept so both of us can access them easily.
It’s never been so easy to work with closely, and yet so far.
Central Time Zone, however, after working with agents from California to the Outer Banks, I find it works out great to have a cross-section of time zones to work in.
My Office Hours are from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm CST. There is an additional cost if you have something you need done on the weekends. However, I understand sometimes you just want to get something off your desk, feel free to go ahead and send it to me knowing I won’t address it until Monday.
