Don’t Forget to Tag Your Blog

18 11.10

When you are organizing your blog post, you have the option to insert “Tags”.

Tags are short labels that group posts together by key phrases or single words. If used consistently readers can find similar articles. However, you do need your blog theme actually displays your posts’ tags at the end of each post. Depending on how you post your tags, tagging blog posts can also boost your blog’s search engine optimization (SEO).

WordPress has a great article about Tags, “MetaTags in WordPress”. Many blog sites have a place to insert your tags. Take the key words out of your article and insert as a tag. This is not a category, but lists more topics of what your content is about.

After you write your blog, pick out some topics and key ideas, inserting them into the tags section of your post. And that’s all there is to it. So not only is your content optimized for SEO, but your tags are as well.

Not Sure You Need or Want to Use an Assistant??

07 10.10

You may be thinking about hiring an assistant (on-site or virtual), but don’t want to commit to a “full-time” contract or don’t know how and assistant will actually work or pay off.

I understand your concern and may have the solution for you, really THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX!!

Instead of going through a Temp agency –

I can be your Temp Agent!

Here’s how it would work:

1.       We’d “sit*” down for a free Full Business Review to see what you need to “Bild” your business. From that, a design is put together detailing what is best for you, your business growth and your money.

For example:

a.       Do you want or need a new / better website? I will orchestrate the building of your website using one of my primo designers. You can also deal directly with the web designer, but it would really be more effective, if I assisted.

b.      Do you need to start using a contact manager?

c.       Do you need to organize your Client Database?

d.      Do you need an ad campaign?

e.      Do you want to incorporate more Social Media into your marketing?

f.        We can figure out together what would be the best to project to start “Bild-ing” your Business.

2.       Then, depending on what your business review looks like, hours and payment would be discussed for particular temporary projects with projected deadlines or timelines.  You choose what you want to have done when.

a.       For each project, an agreement is signed with payment made for the first half of the project. The rest of the project payment would be paid upon completion.

b.      Once the each project is started, you will have updates and the ability to review until finished. Once finished, I would send an itemized invoice with total hours worked on the final product for your records. The second half of the payment would be made once the invoice is received.

3.       You’ll have a complete detail of your Business Review so additional listed projects can be completed when you are ready.

4.       OR, if you know what kind of marketing you want done, call me. We can review your project and get started right away!

Temporary and per project may be your answer! No employees! No long-term contract!
Evaluate and pinpoint what you want done with your business when you want it done!

I will help you “Bild a Better Business!” (a little at a time or full-time)

*”sit” means to have a long phone conversation, perhaps incorporating a personal webinar to gather all the information needed for a full Business evaluation.
