Are You in a Slow Down?

Is “your” market slow? Have the listings slowed? Have buyers disappeared? Is it just too hot out there? Well, one this is true, it is hot out there and your market should be hot. “Your” market doesn’t have to be slow at any time. There are houses to list and buyers who still want to purchase. But how can you spark “your” market? You have to implement a marketing plan now for you to see it really increase within a few months. You need to work your client base/marketing now to be busy three months down the road.

First, is you have to stay in front of your existing clients on a consistent basis. Emails, mailers and phone calls with useful information. There are many ways to do this without wearing out your “welcome”. If you send out useful information, your clients will welcome it. The information your give them, the more they will think of you when they have a question or want to refer their friends and family to a real estate agent who knows what they are talking about. Consistently, you will look like an expert in your field and in your market.
