You may have read what my business can do for your business on my Real Estate Marketing page of my website. I’d like to go into a bit of more detail … “toot” my own horn, if I may.

This is how I can “Bild” your Real Estate Business:

  1. Update your client data base and implement your client contact system. If you don’t have one right now, I can implement a very basic (b-a-s-i-c) one to use until your business picks up – which it will when you start staying in contact with your clients on a consistent basis.

Not the large web-building companies that nickle and dime you for content changes and everyone has the same SEO content. You’d also have to build a new site anyway if you changed companies. HUGE BENEFIT! I also would be right in there with all the designing and reporting back to you, so you don’t have the head-aches.
  7. I can brand you and make you look sharper and different than other agents in your area.
  8. If you are just starting out or in a slump – I will provide the tools to help you “Bild” your new business or bring your business back.
  9. I know what to read and who to follow which will sharpen your business edge.
  10. I belong to very select organizations which keep me in touch, which keeps you in touch.
  11. I also have short-sale and bank owned property experience ….
  12. I can manage closings for your properties. Not only did I manage all my own closings (usually 7 at a time) over a 10 year period, I have been a closing coordinator virtually.

I am more than an ordinary Assistant. I’m professional, trained, licensed in the State of Iowa, not have years of real estate experience but years of business office experience as well. Who’s Your Competition

What one agent or company is your nemesis? Arch-rival? Opponent? Who is that one agent you would either like to emulate or do better than?

I know you aren’t motivated by that little green monster, but who’s getting the business in your area? Okay …. break them down.

What do they have that you don’t?

What are they using that you aren’t?

If they are indeed getting more business than you are, why?

  • Do they pop out from the crowd of real estate agents in the area? Are they more recognizable? Branded?
  • Do they have a better system of staying in front of they client base creating more loyalty?
  • Are they accessible to their clients? Do they answer the phone, return phone calls promptly, answer emails immediately or are proactive in getting updates before the clients ask? Are they easy to do business with?
  • Do they have the marketing programs to get the listings out to the public?
  • Do they have their own website and Social Media program instead of just using a web page from their company for their website.
  • Do they give more value to their clients? Are they a resource?
  • Are they more visible than you are?
  • What do you think it is?

You know you have the right stuff to be the Top Agent in your Market, but you may not know how to implement. Don’t reinvent the wheel – get some help – there is a lot of free information on Realtor.com / Realtor.org – your broker – and multiple blogs. However, there is a much faster way and I can help you with that.

Head ‘em Up – Move ‘em Out!

Branding – gives you the vision of the wild west – cowboys, cows and a hot metal branding iron burning a symbol permanently into the hide of some calf. But that’s what branding is – when you saw that symbol on livestock, you knew exactly who they belonged to.

What is your brand? I’m sure your company has a logo and brand … but what is yours? What symbol do you have that when a prospect sees it says, “Hey, that’s so and so!” Recognition. Unique. Something that sets you away from the herd.

There are different ways you can brand yourself. Can you use your name? I used “Bild” – “Bild a Better Business” …. my previous name was Wedmore and I morphed “We Do MORE for You” into my brand. However, both were under “Think OUTSIDE the Box!” logo. Now that you know my brand – you will hear people talking about “building a business” or to actually “think out of the box”. I have wormed my ditties into your head – try not to think of me or my business when you hear any of those catch phrases …. ah, branding. That is what you want to do in your area and community.

What real estate niche are you into? Is there something you are known for? Is there a symbol or artwork or picture you could incorporate on all your advertising? How about the use of color? Very important when attracting clients. Most of all? Everything needs to be the same when you send it out so it will get instilled into all your clients and community. People see it – without reading it, they know exactly who it is. Everyone likes consistency and dependability.
